1. The Exchange Process
We currently offer a seamless exchange process for size or color preferences:
Request: Email us at jasssood@soleveraa,com or WhatsApp us at +91 7042910901 with your Order ID and the reason for exchange.
Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (subject to serviceability).
Inspection: Once we receive the original pair and it passes our quality check, your new pair will be dispatched immediately.
2. Returns & Refunds
Store Credit: In the event that you do not wish to exchange for another size, we offer Store Credit valid for 6 months, allowing you to choose a different style at your convenience.
Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We will provide a full replacement or refund at no extra cost.
3. Important Notes
Final Sale: Items purchased during “End of Season” sales or clearance events are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Costs: While we offer one free exchange, subsequent exchanges on the same order may incur a nominal shipping fee.
Exchange Window: Within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Must be in original, pristine condition.
Process: Contact us via Email/WhatsApp to arrange a reverse pickup.
Refunds: Provided via Store Credit (valid for 6 months).
